Wheel-thrown stoneware with glazed interior and raw ceramic exterior. Sandstone clay body has dark iron specks and ranges from sandy beige to warm brown. While the glazed interior is food safe, due to its textured exterior this bowl is best used for display or dry foods such as fruit, nuts, and crackers. All pieces are hand-stamped with the maker's mark.
